Dr. Tasha Sasseville
Tasha Sasseville is a native of Maine. Originally
from Lewiston, Maine, she graduated from St. Anselm College in New Hampshire
with a Bachelor of Arts in Science in 2001. A 2005 graduate from Atlantic
Veterinary College (AVC) in Prince Edward Island, she returned to her Maine roots
to practice small animal medicine. Her main interests are small animal
internal medicine and small animal behavior. She also enjoys learning about primates
in her free time. During her fourth year at AVC, she traveled to Nicaragua to
research primate behavior in their normal habitat. It was an incredible experience
and she hopes to repeat another adventure like that soon.
In her free time she enjoys creative writing, horseback
riding, spending time with her family (and of course, her pets).
